Industrial heat guns have been used for years by vaporizers and in that time Steinel has built a rock solid reputation for quality and reliability.

The compact and rugged design of these heat guns does an excellent job of displaying what kind of conditions they were built for.  Originally designed for industrial use, the impact resistant housing adequately protects both the heating element as well as the the variable temperature dial. Both the ‘on and off’ slide switch and the controller for fan speed are built into the handle.  This older model lacks the rubber grip for easier handling that is included on most current models from Steinel.

Hands down, the best feature of these guns is how easy it is to set the exact temperature that you wish to vaporize at.  Users can choose any temperature between 120-1500 degrees in increments of 5 degrees.  Current models move up and down in increments of 10 degrees.  Coupled together with a controller for air flow, the Steinel offers anything that can be asked of a vaporizer.

The small form factor of these heat guns make them easy to store and used almost anywhere. However, their high power consumption can limit it from being used in some places that cannot accommodate the 1500w that is used by this vaporizer.  Like all vaporizers, attention should always be given to the heating element at all times.  Although these industrial guns have the benefit of heating up very quickly, then can also retain that heat and can be dangerous until they fully cool off.

With the addition of a valve unit for the Volcano Series of Vaporizers, anybody can put together their own reliable and rock solid vaporizing solution for years to come at a fraction of the complete Volcano units cost; with just as much usability.

Unlike most traditional kinds of vaporizers, Steinels’ were built with the idea that they were going to take a beating.  Stories of these heat guns lasting a user over a decade are not rare.  With a limited amount of care your Steinel can offer years of reliable service.
